Our System

Overview

Essentially, the Go Mobile system comprises of six major elements; 'Front End' mobile enabled web pages, a back end management or Core System, Offline Media based adverts, an SMS gatweay facility, and Web site inputs. On this page we have focused on the two major aspects, Front end and the Core system.

At the 'Front End', web pages specifically designed for viewing over mobile networks, deliver your advertising information and property descriptions to prospective purchasers. Designed with simplicity and ease of use for the prospective purchasers in mind, these mobile web pages contain information, images and associated interactions, automatically drawn from the agents full web site property ads, details of which are detected and captured by the core Management Information System for subsequent presentation to agents, associates, administration managers and brokers.

The mobile web pages effectively give each vendor and each agent 'stand alone' web sites which in turn means that the prospective purchaser is not distracted by numerous other listings and the agent has the benefit of keeping the prospects focus on their listings only.

At the 'Core' lies a sophisticated Management Information System which contains the elements that interface to your existing web site and from which new and completed ads are accessed and updated. This part of the system also captures and then presents the details of any interactions that prospective buyers have with the 'Front End' WAP pages.

Offline Media inputs complete the system; these include for sale signs, newspaper ads, bus ads and any form of hard copy that contains the short code, keyword and property ID number as allocated by your current property advertising systems.

Front End

Front end mobile web pages can contain:

Property images

Images from the online web site are automatically drawn into the mobile web pages and presented in much the same way, single or multiple images are supported and within the page each can be zoomed and enlarged for ease of viewing. back

Property information

Full property descriptions are delivered within each page and can include ancillary details such as local resources or values of recently sold similar properties. back

Agents details

The normal details including the agents picture and contact information are included on this part of the first mobile web page. back

Agents listings

A link to the agents other listings is placed within the agent details area of the first page. This link takes the prospective purchaser to another page that displays a series of higher level links to any other properties currently listed by that agent. Effectively giving the agent a 'stand alone' mobile web presence. back

Mapping information

Provided that full location co-ordinates are available, a series of maps showing a) the general location and then b) the specific street location can be incorporated within the mobile ad. A permission based location system can be integrated into each mobile ad; this feature enables such functions as automated directions and routing. back

Video links

The Go Mobile system has been optimized such that it's streaming video server is compatible with 99% + of all current mobile phone models and networks. From the customer perspective, the streaming video experience is far superior to downloading a video file which is time consuming and can take up valuable file storage space on their mobile communication devices. back

Forms

Many different kinds of forms can be incorporated within the mobile ad. For example, subscription forms where the prospect can sign up to property update services or perhaps survey forms. Post property inspection surveys are another example. back

Value adding links

At this point the system makes it possible to incorporate links in addition to those found on the normal online web site. For example, a 'My Mobile Searches' page ca be created that is viewable via the mobile and also in a normal static web site. This page contains details of all property searches undertaken by the prospect with that agent. back

Revenue creating advertising content can be incorporated and delivered within each mobile ad.

Agents Profile

Within the system,each agent or associate has their own profile page. From here they can update any of their personal or contact information and access the full range of tools available to them. back

Leads generation tool

The interactions built in to each mobile ad created with our system provide a rich source of valuable data. This data is captured and retrieved by the system and presented as fresh sales leads to the agent.

Not only are the leads highly cost effective, every lead from the ad is prospect initiated and prospect paid for, (standard sms fee + data stream costs), making these leads fully qualified.

In use by some of Europe's leading Real Estate Agencies, statistics show that each mobile ad generates an average 1.7 qualified leads per day.back

Mobile Ad Management Tools

An outstanding feature of the package is its ad management capability. There are numerous functions within the toolset and they include:

  • Automated ad conversion capability. All of the individual agents current ads on your web site are made available through the system and can be converted, with a simple click, to a Mobile Ad. You only need to create the ad once to make it available as a web and mobile based ad.
  • Print sign riders. Clicking on an icon alongside your ad on your ad page delivers a file that displays your short code number together with a keyword and the property ID, you can print this out from your PC or forward it to your printing service.
  • Track lead sources. A very special feature built in to the system is the ability to track where each lead came from. For example, if a prospective buyer drives up outside a property and then enters the short code, keyword and property ID, a code number is added to the property ID. This code shows up as part of the lead information on your lead generation page. The same principle applies to Newspaper Ads and Bus signs and more. Easily trackable and automated, this feature allows you to assess the value of each kind of offline ad no matter where and even when it appears.
  • Mobile ad editing. Sophisticated yet easy to use, the editing tools enable the agent to quickly make changes to the mobile ad when needed. Images and links can be added or removed and the text content modified.
  • Ad updating. When an ad is removed from the master web site, it will automatically be removed from the Mobile site. Hassle free updating of current ads. back
Message Center

An integral element of lead creation and management is the ability for each agent or associate to create and send sms messages to individual prospects or to lists. These messages can contain links to their mobile ads or to all of their listings. Each message is recorded for later viewing. Lists can be created and saved within the Message Center.

Administration Tools

A management information dashboard gathers and accumulates all of the essential information on leads and activities from within the agency and is updated every 15 seconds. Dashboards are configurable and can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
